    At The Design Studio, we present a tailored design proposal that outlines a comprehensive scope of work for each space. Your proposal includes inspirational photos, material samples, & a clear breakdown of design fees, along with the terms & conditions, all crafted to bring your vision to life with precision & care.

  • 3. CONSTANT CONTACT

    Upon hiring us, you can expect regular weekly email updates that keep you fully informed about your project’s progress. Our team will ensure you’re updated every step of the way, so you’re always in the loop & confident in the direction of your design.

  • 4. SELECTIONS & MOOD BOARDS

    Our design team creates detailed digital mood boards, scaled floor plans using CAD, and curated selections for your project, all carefully crafted to bring your vision to life. These will be presented to you at The Design Studio, where we’ll walk you through each element to ensure everything aligns with your style & goals.

  • 5. INSTALLATION & CELEBRATION

    On the final day of your installation, we’ll invite you back to your transformed space for the exciting reveal. After all the finishing touches are complete, we’ll greet you with a glass of champagne & walk you through your stunning new environment, celebrating the beautiful result together.

  • Yes, we manage all aspects of purchasing and installation. This includes sourcing, ordering, & coordinating the delivery & installation of furniture, fixtures, & accessories to ensure a smooth & stress-free experience for you.

  • Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to be hands-on, while others trust us to handle all the details. We tailor our approach to meet your preferences.

  • Throughout the design process, you can expect regular updates, collaborative design meetings, & transparent communication. We handle everything from initial concepts to final installation, ensuring a seamless & enjoyable experience.

  • Our design and project management fees are billed on a flat-fee basis, determined by the scope of your project. During your design proposal presentation, we provide a detailed breakdown of the fee structure, so you know exactly what to expect.

    When sourcing furniture, we price items at retail plus any applicable shipping fees. While some designers offer discounts, our focus is on delivering an elevated level of service, meticulous attention to detail, and a seamless experience—ensuring that every piece selected is the perfect fit for your space.
