  • Can I sit in a piece before I buy it?

    One of the perks of hiring a fullservice interior design firm, is having every detail of your project handled & managed for you. Our team sits & tests all of our pieces at multiple markets each year, in order to select the best fit for you, our client. We take into consideration both your individual stature & desired level of comfort.

  • Can I shop for my own product?

    Once hiring SCD, you agree to purchase all items through our firm. We source trade-only vendors, which allows your product to be completely unique & unavailable to the mass market. Of course, if you fall in love with something special, please share the details with us & we will let you know if it works within your original scope of work & overall design.

  • Does SCD price match?

    Our prices are all encompassing & cover more than simply the product itself – it includes shipping, storage fees, and our team to fully install everything in your space. We handle every aspect of your design from start to finish, therefore, price

    matching does not align with our white glove services.

  • When will my project start & when will everything arrive?

    Once you hire SCD, we begin your Design Process immediately. This consists of onsite measuring, meeting with various trade contractors, comprising architectural drawings, & making selections. Due to the industry wide effects of COVID-19, projects have been experiencing extended lead time on orders, sudden discontinuations, & price increases mid-project. We will do our best to limit these issues & we will

    communicate weekly all updates.

  • How can make the process go smoothly?

    Communication is key! Respond quickly to emails & voicemails so we can keep your project moving forward. Pay your invoices quickly so we can

    order your items & avoid any sudden product discontinuations. *Sometimes life events occur & you have to take a break from our services. Please reach out in these circumstances – our team is very understanding & aim to support you however we are able.
